Welcome to Bali Vouchers (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing vouchers, tickets, or tour packages through our website www.balivouchers.info, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.


1. General Use

  • Bali Vouchers acts as a marketplace and booking facilitator for travel activities, attractions, transfers, dining, and wellness services in Bali.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team or service providers.
  • By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made through Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other listed payment gateways.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your voucher.
  • Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or USD, and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Any additional fees (bank charges, currency conversion, credit card fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Voucher & Booking Confirmation

  • After successful payment, you will receive an E-Voucher or Confirmation Email.
  • The voucher must be presented (printed or digital version) at the time of redemption.
  • Some activities may require valid identification (passport/ID) for verification.

4. Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting administration and payment gateway fees (typically 3–5%).
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity are non-refundable.

Provider-Initiated Cancellation

  • If the activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose:
    1. Full Refund, or
    2. Reschedule to another available date, or
    3. Voucher Credit for future bookings.

No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused services.

5. Cashback & Credit Policy

  • Promotional cashback (if applicable) will be credited to your Bali Vouchers wallet or issued as a voucher code.
  • Cashback is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cashback may only be used for future bookings on www.balivouchers.info and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.

6. Changes & Reschedule

  • Requests to change the booking date/time must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply if the new date falls under peak season or a different pricing category.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • Bali Vouchers is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by service providers, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health, fitness, and safety requirements for activities.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information (name, email, phone number, payment details) is collected solely for booking and service delivery.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when necessary to complete a booking.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
  • Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Denpasar, Bali.
