1. How do I book a voucher on Bali Vouchers?

Browse our categories (Tours, Activities, Attractions, Wellness, Dining, Transfers), choose your activity, select the date and number of participants, then click “Book Now”. Complete the payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your e-voucher.


2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Selected local e-wallets

All payments are processed securely.


3. When will I receive my voucher after booking?

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll instantly receive an e-voucher via email.
Some activities may require manual confirmation (within 12–24 hours).


4. Do I need to print the voucher?

Not always. You can simply show the e-voucher on your mobile phone at the redemption point.
However, some attractions may require a printed version (this will be stated in the voucher details).


5. Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the activity date.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is possible (subject to availability) and may incur extra charges.

6. What is your refund policy?

  • Full Refund is available if cancellation is made 48 hours before the activity date (minus bank/payment gateway fees).
  • No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • If a provider cancels due to weather or safety issues, you may choose a refund, reschedule, or voucher credit.

7. What happens if the tour/activity is cancelled due to bad weather?

If cancelled, you can choose between:

  1. Full refund
  2. Reschedule to another date
  3. Voucher credit for future use

8. Do you offer cashback or promotions?

Yes. We frequently offer discounts and cashback deals.
Cashback is issued as a voucher code or credited to your Bali Vouchers account wallet, and can be used for future bookings.


9. Is transportation included in the voucher?

It depends on the activity:

  • Some tours include hotel pick-up and drop-off.
  • Others may not (details are always listed in the product description).
  • You may also book private transfers via our Transfers section.

10. Do I need to show my ID?

Yes. Some activities or tickets may require valid ID or passport for verification (this will be mentioned in the voucher details).
